IT Help Desk Tech
Scope: The Help Desk Technician fields all help desk calls from customers as well as creates the initial record and service ticket for the request in our CRM software. These team members resolve all Tier One end-user problems; Escalates service tickets to Tier Two or Three based on severity/complexity of the issue; Coordinates Tier Four warranty service repair and account support for clients with third-party vendors.
Essential Job Functions:
- Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10 Support and Problem Resolution.
- Resolve technical assistance requests using help desk software.
- Follow standard help desk procedures.
- Log all help desk interactions in CRM/help desk software.
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Operate and maintain system hardware and software.
- Perform regular security checks on computers to detect infections and clean them.
- Upgrade and replace hardware where appropriate.
- Install new/rebuild existing desktops/laptops and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with company and industry standards. Repair and maintain printers and other multi-function devices.
- Develop, maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Create, change and delete user accounts per request.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted customers.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- A+ Certification and related job experience.
- Network cabling experience is helpful but not required.
- Printer repair and maintenance is helpful but not required.
- As much as 50% of the work week can be spent at customer locations. Same day travel possible.
- Moderate lifting is required. (Generally less than 50 lbs.)

This is an entry level position, compensation will correlate with applicants knowledge and previous experience.
IT Account Consultant
Scope: An Account Consultant provides direct support for our customers IT Networks. This job requires problem resolution, project management and coordination of IT related installations. Proficiency with IT hardware and software products including evaluation and recommendation of new technologies is required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide Tier Two problem resolution for Customer or Company help desk.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance using help desk software.
- Follow industry standard IT and Company procedures.
- Log all customer interactions on help desk software.
- Resolve problems or utilize available resources and escalate situations that require urgent attention to a Senior Account Consultant.
- Maintain company and system hardware and software in Data Center.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software platforms.
- Upgrade and replace hardware where appropriate.
- Develop, maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft desktop operating systems and productivity applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft network operating systems, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS SQL servers and others.
- Working knowledge of IIS and/or other web platforms, hosted email platforms, DNS, DHCP etc.
- Working Knowledge of VMware and HyperV.
- Experience managing network and server backups and network antivirus.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Some overnight travel possible including some nights and/or weekends.
- Industry Certifications (e.g. Security +, A+, MCSE/MCSA, CISSP, MCITP)
One or more of the following is Required:

- College Degree in IT or industry related field
- 1+ years Consulting Experience
- 4+ years IT Experience
This is a salary position and compensation will correlate with applicants knowledge and experience.
IT Sales and Marketing
Scope: This position performs solution based sales with existing and potential customers through direct contact methods, cold calling, marketing campaigns, trade shows, etc. This position will recommend and implement marketing, sales and administrative strategies. They will coordinate employee training programs, run training and other educational events to promote the Company products and solutions to our customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Contact, meet and follow-up with customer and potential customers on opportunities.
- Follow Company process and procedures.
- Log all customer and sales interactions in CRM software.
- Redirect or engage appropriate resources and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Use quoting software as required.
- Develop sales and marketing material.
- Recommend and/or implement and maintain Web, Social Media and SEO as required.
- Develop, maintain sales and marketing procedures.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Same day travel required; Occasional overnight possible.
One or more of the following is Required:
- Valid motor vehicle drivers license.
- 1+ years of Sales/Marketing or related field experience
